Refund & Cancellation Policy

We provide fast local grocery delivery services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
- ✗ Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and processed
- ⚠ Cancellation is only allowed within a few minutes of placing the order, before dispatch
- ✗ Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not permitted
2. No Return Policy
⚠ Due to the perishable nature of grocery items, we follow a strict no return policy.
- ✗ Once delivered, products cannot be returned or exchanged
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:
- ✓ Item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
- ✓ Wrong product delivered
- ✓ Item missing from the order
👉 In such cases:
- • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- • Proof (photo/video) may be required
4. Refund Process
- ✓ Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- ✓ Refund will be credited to the original payment method (Razorpay)
5. Non-Refundable Cases
We do NOT provide refunds for:
- ✗ Change of mind after delivery
- ✗ Incorrect address provided by customer
- ✗ Failed delivery due to unavailability of customer
- ✗ Minor packaging issues
