Refund & Cancellation Policy

We provide fast local grocery delivery services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and processed
  • Cancellation is only allowed within a few minutes of placing the order, before dispatch
  • Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not permitted

2. No Return Policy

⚠ Due to the perishable nature of grocery items, we follow a strict no return policy.

  • Once delivered, products cannot be returned or exchanged

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:

  • Item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Item missing from the order

👉 In such cases:

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Proof (photo/video) may be required

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method (Razorpay)

5. Non-Refundable Cases

We do NOT provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Failed delivery due to unavailability of customer
  • Minor packaging issues

6. Delivery Issues

If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address
  • Customer not available
👉 The order will be cancelled without refund.
